Dmytro Isupov
Managing director
Dmitry Isupov is the Managing Director of Ozon Capital. Prior to joining the company, Dmitry worked for three years at VR Capital Group, an asset management company specializing in investments across various types of securities in emerging markets. In 2001, he worked at Voyageur Asset Management, a Minneapolis-based asset management company specializing in fixed-income securities. Before that, he served as an International Relations Adviser to the President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, one of the most influential business associations in Ukraine.
Dmitry holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, as well as a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
Sergiy Chernenko
Deputy Director for Investment Fund Asset Management
Sergiy Chernenko has been working at Ozon Capital since 2007. Prior to joining the company, Sergiy spent 10 years at the asset management company KINTO, where he held various management positions in sales and investment management. From 2005 to 2007, he was a member of the Board of the PFTS Stock Exchange, the leading Ukrainian stock exchange. Sergiy received a Master’s degree in Finance from Kyiv National V.Getman Economic University.
Andrew Zolotukhin
Managing Director
Andrew Zolotukhin is a Managing Director of Ozon Capital. Prior to joining the company, he held management positions at the Kyiv office of Deloitte and worked as an auditor within the “Big Four” companies starting from 2001. From 1999 to 2001, Andrew headed the Department of Economic Policy at the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. During the same period, he also worked as a consultant on financial and investment matters for the Harvard Institute for International Development project funded by USAID.
Andrew obtained his CPA certification in 2005. He also holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Credit from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
