INFORMATION ON LIQUIDATION
of the closed non-diversified venture mutual investment fund “Development” (2331537) LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “KUA OZON” (33936496)

The liquidation commission of the Closed Non-diversified Venture Mutual Investment Fund “Development” (EDRISI code 2331537) (hereinafter – the Fund), established by the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “KUA OZON” (EDRPOU code 33936496), hereby informs that on April 29, 2026, the General Meeting of Participants of LLC “KUA OZON” adopted a decision to liquidate the Fund prior to the expiration of the term established by its regulations, with the consent of all participants of the Fund, due to the inexpediency of the Fund’s further existence. The decision on liquidation of the Fund is formalized by the Minutes of the General Meeting of Participants of LLC “KUA OZON” No. 29/04/2026 dated April 29, 2026. Procedure and time limits for submission of claims by creditors to the Fund.
2.1. The period for submission of claims by creditors to the Fund begins on the next working day after the publication of this information in the relevant database of the person carrying out activities on disclosure of regulated information, and on the website of LLC “KUA OZON”, and lasts for 30 (thirty) calendar days.
2.2. Creditors shall submit applications for satisfaction of their claims to the liquidation commission of the Fund at the location of the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “KUA OZON”, attaching documents confirming the existence of the relevant claims against the Fund and their amount.
2.3. Each creditor’s application for satisfaction of claims shall be subject to consideration by the liquidation commission of the Fund. Based on the results of consideration, the liquidation commission shall decide on recognition or reasoned rejection of the creditor’s claims within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the relevant application.
2.4. Notification of the results of consideration of the creditor’s claims shall be sent to such creditor in writing to the address specified in the creditor’s application on the next working day after the liquidation commission adopts the relevant decision.
