of the Limited Liability Company "KUA OZON" (EDRPOU code 33936496)
The liquidation commission of the CLOSED NON-DIVERSIFIED VENTURE MUTUAL INVESTMENT FUND "QUASAR" (EDRISI CODE 23300553) (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) hereby informs that on September 7, 2023, at the General Meeting of Participants (Protocol No. 07/09/2023), the Limited Liability Company "KUA OZON" (EDRPOU code - 33936496) decided to liquidate the CLOSED NON-DIVERSIFIED VENTURE MUTUAL INVESTMENT FUND "QUASAR" before the expiration of the term set by the Fund's regulations due to the overall unstable situation in the securities market, economic instability in the country as a whole, an unfavorable investment climate, and the impracticality of the Fund's further existence by the unanimous consent of the Fund's participants.
Procedure and deadlines for creditors to assert their claims against the Fund.
2.1. The deadline for creditors to assert their claims against the Fund is 10 (ten) business days and starts from the next business day after the publication of this notice.
2.2. Creditors submit claims for the satisfaction of their claims to the liquidation commission at the location of the Limited Liability Company "KUA OZON," along with documents confirming the existence of such claims by the creditor, duly executed in accordance with the applicable legislation.
2.3. Each claim for the satisfaction of a creditor's claim is subject to approval or reasoned rejection by the liquidation commission, with the issuance of the relevant decision within two business days from the date of its receipt. The next business day after the liquidation commission's decision regarding the approval or rejection of the creditor's claim, the liquidation commission sends a written notification to such creditor at the address specified in the creditor's claim.
